Retail Training Officer

 

Description:

We are a leading retail company looking for a passionate and experienced Retail Training Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering effective training programs to our staff, helping them to achieve their full potential and deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training programs for all levels of staff, including new hires and current employees.
  • Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and design tailored programs to meet those needs.
  • Conduct regular training sessions and workshops, both in-person and online
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making changes and improvements, as necessary.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments and best practices in retail training.
  • Ensure that all training materials are well-organized and accessible to staff.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a retail training officer or similar role
  • A relevant training qualification is advantageous.
  • Excellent presentation and training skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Good knowledge of adult learning theory and training techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
