Retention Manager

 

Description:

 6+ years of experience in CRM campaigns, journeys, and analytics.

 Specific experience managing end-to-end app/Push Notification/email/web/mobile marketing

programs, preferably in gaming or e-commerce.

Tools Knowledge:

 Familiarity with tools such as Mixpanel, Webengage, and Clevertrap.

Hands-on Experience:

 Demonstrated hands-on experience in executing user retention and engagement campaigns.

Marketing Knowledge:

 Strong understanding of CRM, Push Notifications, email marketing, and mobile marketing.

Analytical Skills:

 Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools and metrics (e.g., CPA, visits, unique visits,

conversion rates, latency, bounce rates).

 Understanding of RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary), databases, SQL, Tableau, etc., is

preferred.

Communication and Vendor Management:

 Effective communication skills.

 Ability to manage relationships with external vendors and partners.
