Description:
6+ years of experience in CRM campaigns, journeys, and analytics.
Specific experience managing end-to-end app/Push Notification/email/web/mobile marketing
programs, preferably in gaming or e-commerce.
Tools Knowledge:
Familiarity with tools such as Mixpanel, Webengage, and Clevertrap.
Hands-on Experience:
Demonstrated hands-on experience in executing user retention and engagement campaigns.
Marketing Knowledge:
Strong understanding of CRM, Push Notifications, email marketing, and mobile marketing.
Analytical Skills:
Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools and metrics (e.g., CPA, visits, unique visits,
conversion rates, latency, bounce rates).
Understanding of RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary), databases, SQL, Tableau, etc., is
preferred.
Communication and Vendor Management:
Effective communication skills.
Ability to manage relationships with external vendors and partners.
