Budget UAE is seeking to recruit Revenue Analyst & Reservation Executive.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop strategy & plans for high & low business seasons to capture new local and international business both inbound and outbound.
- Establish direct contact with local and international tourism boards & other organizations, to gather information about any events & recommend to the General Manager’ participation in these events for the purpose of capturing new business.
- Ensure all rental outlets/branches meet assigned monthly/quarterly & annual targets & convert low income outlet into a profitable outlet.
- Identify & develop relationships with international and local online brokers, travel & tourism board worldwide, etc. Through appropriate propositions for the purpose of developing new business leads.
- Suggest to General Manager’ various activities to increase international & local business.
- Increase awareness of General Manager’ through local & online market & competitors activities.
Identify training requirements
- Ensure that the Rental Agents are fully trained in product knowledge, sales technique, Budget Systems & Procedures as well as proper hygiene & grooming.
Implement & maintain local & online systems:
- To ensure that all relevant information is updated.
- To ensure that customer interactions are recorded.
- Record, administer & report according to systems & requirements.
- Maintain control of all prices both local and online for different hire source & in line with the overall pricing policy.
- Regular run reports to monitor online & local pricing & ensuring our process are competitive as per market standards.
Qualifications/Requirements.
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, international business, marketing, or a related field is typically required. A master’s degree or additional certifications in relevant areas can be advantageous.
