Room Attendants

Apt Resources, a reputable recruitment company, is currently seeking Housemaids/Housekeepers/Room attendants to join the team of one of their clients, a UHNWF. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the family has a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms according to luxury standards
• Change bed linens and towels, as well as replenish guest supplies
• Ensure that guest rooms are properly stocked with amenities such as soap, shampoo, and toilet paper
• Perform deep cleaning tasks, such as scrubbing tile grout, dusting blinds, and washing windows
• Vacuum floors and carpets, as well as sweep and mop tiled areas
• Respond to guest requests and complaints in a timely and courteous manner
• Report any maintenance issues or needed repairs to management

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a similar housekeeping or cleaning role preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and complete them in a timely manner
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Must be able to work on weekends and holidays as needed
