Requirements:

Experience within real estate is advantageous but not essential.

Generating new leads using the client database

Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.

Should have innovative marketing skills and capable of handling multiple marketing channels.

Follow up owners and clients on property availability.

Must possess good knowledge of RERA rules for buying, selling property in Dubai.

Smart business dress is required at all times.

Archive targets and build a database, pipeline of deals.

Must be aware of Market strategies and mandatory paperwork.

Ensure that company standards, protocols and procedures are well implemented to the Sales Consultant.

Arranging and conducting viewings

Strong communication skills.

Candidates with valid driving license would be an added advantage.

Any Nationality - Russian/ India/ Iranian/ Moroccan/ Tunisian/ Algerian/ Iraqi.
