We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Salesman to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and building strong relationships with clients in the luxury perfume market. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end market environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals within the luxury perfume industry.
- Present, promote, and sell luxury perfume products to existing and prospective customers.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Reach out to customer leads through various channels.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Analyze the market’s potential, track sales, and status reports.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends in the luxury perfume industry.
- Continuously improve through feedback and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Salesman, Sales Representative, or similar role, preferably in the luxury goods or perfume industry.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships.
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
- BS/BA degree or equivalent is preferred.
