Hiring Sales Acquisition Specialist (Outdoor) – UAE

Main Job Purpose:
Generating sales and driving revenue growth by actively promoting and selling products or services in an outdoor sales environment and supporting our merchants to achieve their targets for a time period. Developing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential customers, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market prospection and lead generation to identify potential customers, understand their needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to maximize sales opportunities.
- Present and demonstrate products or services to customers, highlighting their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, quotes, and presentations to potential customers.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to provide feedback on customer needs and market trends.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including customer contact information, sales activities, and outcomes.
- Participate in sales training programs and stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provide daily reports including sales funnel for in progress deals and manage his current merchants.
- Align with merchants to fulfil the required documents.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-2 years of experience.
- Proven experience in outdoor sales, preferably in a similar industry or product/service category.
- A deep understanding of the products or services they are selling.
- Proficiency in conducting market research, analyzing data, and interpreting sales metrics.
- Understanding of how to leverage these platforms to connect with potential customers, promote products or services, and generate leads.
- A good understanding of CRM systems is essential for managing customer relationships, tracking sales activities, and organizing sales data.
- Proficiency in using spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) to analyze and present sales data.
- Familiar with Software devices.
