Sales Administrator

 

Description:

PAD Properties is seeking a dynamic and highly-qualified sales administrator to join our growing team. We are a high-end development company offering a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales administration within a Real Estate Agency.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person
  • Manage Oqood registration, CRM, handovers, and day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Liaise between agents and clients and assist with inquiries
  • Maintain accurate product knowledge and provide clients with up-to-date information
  • Support the sales team and handle customer complaints or feedback
  • Organize meetings, manage office supplies, and handle vendor relationships
  •  

Requirements:

 

  • At least 3 years of experience in a Sales Admin role in property development
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in CRM and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (preferred)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional appearance
