Hiring Sales Advisors/ Sr. Sales Advisors. (Dubai/Sharjah)
The Role
- Driving inquiries & admissions for the online/blended learning programs offered for the International Markets.
- Looking after the entire sales life cycle: starting from engaging with the large volume of well qualified leads till the final conversion i.e. enrolment in the program.
- Counseling experienced professionals via call or email on which course will be useful to their career progression and suggest the best options.
- Need to generate revenue from new client acquisition as well as form referrals, from the existing client base.
- Need to ensure Daily inputs i.e 120+ call and 2.5hrs of talktime.
- Updating and maintaining CRM.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-6 years of work experience, majority of which should be in consultative selling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office – especially in Excel.
- A passion for growing emerging brands.
- Experience in International Sales preferred.
- Prior experience working on CRM like SalesForce, Lead Squared or Hubspot is required.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- A Graduate Degree of 4 years is required.
- Job Location will be Dubai/Sharjah.
- Salary Range (Inc Incentives): AED 8k-10K monthly.
