Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Business Development Executive to join our confectionery trading company based in the UAE. The ideal candidate will focus on driving sales, developing new business opportunities, and expanding our client base while meeting monthly revenue targets. This role offers a competitive basic salary with an attractive incentive structure tied to sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Revenue Generation:
• Drive monthly sales to achieve a minimum target of AED 60,000–75,000 in revenue.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients, distributors, and retailers.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell within the confectionery product portfolio.
2. Business Development:
• Research and target new markets, customer segments, and strategic partnerships.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in the confectionery and retail sectors.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
3. Client Relationship Management:
• Maintain long-term relationships with existing customers by understanding their needs and providing exceptional service.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
4. Reporting & Strategy:
• Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales reports to the management team.
• Collaborate with the team to develop innovative sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Qualifications & Skills
• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in sales, preferably in the confectionery/FMCG trading industry in the UAE.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Skills:
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• In-depth understanding of the UAE confectionery market and client behavior.
• Self-motivated, with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
