Konnect Elite Events & Exhibitions is seeking a highly experienced Sales and Business Development Professional with over 8 years of experience in the exhibition stand building industry. The ideal candidate will have strong connections in both the private and government sectors, especially with companies that participate in major trade shows across the UAE. The candidate must be driven, results-oriented, and capable of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive business growth through active sales efforts in the exhibition stand building sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in both private and government sectors.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company sales goals.
• Identify new business opportunities in the trade show industry and convert leads into successful deals.
• Attend major trade shows and networking events to expand the client base.
• Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring smooth client onboarding.
Qualifications:
• 8+ years of experience in the exhibition stand building industry.
• Strong network within the UAE’s private and government sectors, particularly with organizations participating in major trade shows.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• In-depth understanding of the exhibition stand industry, market trends, and client needs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
