Role Description

• This is a full-time onsite role in Dubai for a Leasing Consultant. The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for leases, resident retention, customer service, and communication.
• The Leasing Consultant will respond, interact to prospects inquiries, and maintain positive relationships with tenants to ensure closing the deals successfully.

Qualifications:

• Solid background in Real Estate sales or/and leasing (RERA-certified brokers with a proven track record of transactions)
• At least 1-3 years of real estate sales/ leasing experience in the UAE
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Experience in lease administration and lease negotiation
• Ability to market and promote properties to potential tenants
• Ability to create and review leases
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Basic knowledge of property management
