· Establish and develop business relationships with customers and real estate developers to generate sales;

· Guide customers through the home-buying process
· Showcase properties to clients and provide detailed information on features, benefits, and investment potential.
· Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions to achieve successful sales and leasing agreements.
· Utilize market intelligence to provide customers with accurate and relevant information;
· Actively seek referrals from satisfied clients to expand the customer base;
· Collaborate with the team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
What we are looking for:
· Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Real Estate
· Proven track record of closed sales
· Fluent in the English language

· Self-motivated

· Valid UAE Driving License
