Description:
As a Sales and Marketing Specialist, your primary focus will be on driving sales. You will engage clients, promote our beauty and medical products, and exceed sales targets. Additionally, you will contribute to marketing strategies that enhance your sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and build relationships with potential clients in the UAE.
- Sell products directly to pharmacies, doctors, and clinics, ensuring proper product knowledge and addressing their specific needs.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets for Pharmazan’s product lines.
- Build a network within the beauty and healthcare sectors.
- Negotiate deals, close sales, and follow up with customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Pharmaceuticals, or a related field.
- Proven sales experience with at least 3 years in Dubai, preferably in the beauty or pharmaceutical sectors.
- Strong track record of meeting sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build lasting client relationships.
