Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership:

• Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets.

• Manage the sales team, providing training and motivation.

• Build strong relationships with clients, agents, and partners.

• Monitor market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

Marketing Expertise:

• Plan and implement marketing campaigns across digital, print, and events.

• Manage the marketing budget to ensure optimal ROI.

• Create compelling marketing materials and oversee promotional events.

• Conduct market research to refine target audience strategies.

Brand Management:

• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.

• Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Min.10 years proven experience in real estate sales and marketing, particularly luxury developments.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Proficient in CRM and digital marketing tools.

• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
