UnitedSol (Pvt) Ltd is hiring Sales and Operations Executive (Arabic + English) for one of its client in UAE.
Sales Skills:
- Convert to Sales, leads received from inbound and outbound activity at Pitstoparabia.com, while maintaining highest levels of customer satisfaction, ethical standards and stipulated margins.
- Proactively contacting the prospects from Save Cart, Facebook, Web Chat, Pending Orders, Historical orders, WhatsApp leads and inbound calls and any and all other leads.
- Providing advice on tyre selection to the customers allowing them to make an educated decision – Document prospects and leads and follow up till sale is closed..
Customer Service Focus:
- Exceed customer requirements by communicating timely, clearly and efficiently and owning prospect from initiation to closure End to End.
- Complying with the customers’ requests where required and working with them to ensure full customer satisfaction evidenced by generating a minimum of 20, 5-star google reviews per month.
- Maintain quality service by following Ethics and PSA’s standards and maintain knowledge by attending trainings and reviewing publications.
- Assist Customers with the basic information on warranty claims and escalate qualified cases to OPS.
Problem Solving:
- Assisting customers who ordered the wrong tire size etc. assist them to buy the most suitable option.
- Supporting customers in selecting a suitable alternative where tires are not in stock by working closely with Suppliers and operations department.
Business Processes:
- Placing orders for the customers, when required, and send them payment links Payfort or Tabby if they need assistance.
- Proactively selecting optimal installers where installation can happen easily keeping in mind guidelines for Deliveries, GSO etc.
- Issue correct Purchase Orders ensuring optimal supplier, pricing, margin and delivery considerations.
- Check deliveries with the Installers and in case of Not yet delivered contact customers to advise on delays with orders before they reached to the installers.
- Update correct Status and relevant comments in Magento with special attention for cases where there are changes in installer, mobile fitment, wrong size ordered etc.
- Verify availability, purchase price & delivery schedule of customer orders.
- Arrange courier for the orders in which Courier arrangement is required.
- Notify Accounts department immediately if any Request for refund is made .
- Update the sales report on daily basis.
Team Player:
- Escalate immediately to Manager & OPS any issues with product availability, pricing or user experience.
- Work closely with team members in order to achieve individual and overall team/company targets.
