Hiring Sales and Specification Manager
KWC Professional is an expert provider of sanitaryware and water management solutions, operating from various production facilities worldwide. Based in UAE, KWC Middle East, overseeing sales across the Middle East and Asia, seeks a qualified Sales and Specification Manager who meets the criteria below.
Job Responsibilities:
- Achieve budgeted sales targets for the year.
- Maintain close contact with customers and following up on all inquiries.
- Identify and collaborate with architects, consultants, and contractors to uncover project opportunities.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and tender documents and support the product selection in collaboration with the Product Management.
- Regularly visit customers to build and maintain strong working relationships within the assigned counties/region.
- Provide accurate forecasts for annual budgeting and updating the company’s project pipeline regularly.
- Formulate strategic sales plans and identify opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Track specified projects from concept through to completion and prepare regular progress reports for the management.
- Organize training sessions for the external decision makers to boost future specification opportunities and enhance brand awareness.
- Monitor and share market trends with Product Managers for future product developments.
- Implement new promotional activities to strengthen the company’s presence in the Middle East market and boost the sales.
- Participate in networking events to promote the company brand (e.g. CID Awards, Surge, Index).
Key Tasks:
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to achieve company objectives.
- Maintain and update the CRM system efficiently and on timely basis.
- Provide customers with the best product solutions.
- Inspire the product management team to innovate and enhance the products range according to market demand.
- Evaluate brand awareness and marketing changes to develop pull strategies for designers.
Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of Middle East construction market and sanitary ware industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong background in specification and sales.
- Proven success in product knowledge and customer care and proficient in handling basic technical issues when necessary.
- Experience in managing a large product portfolio from multiple perspectives.
- Professional and respectful conduct in all internal and external interactions, reflecting the company’s image.
- Strong business expertise with an entrepreneurial mindset, gained from a sales background.
Language Skills:
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic (Arabic is mandatory
