Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Assistant to join our team in Dubai, UAE. This on-site, commission-based position focuses on selling FMCG products, nurturing client relationships, and providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day sales operations and customer interactions
• Cultivate and sustain strong client connections
• Achieve and surpass sales targets
• Present the company professionally in the market

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of FMCG industry experience
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Ownership of a car and a valid UAE driving license
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service abilities
• Demonstrated sales and organizational skills
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively
• Knowledge of the food and beverage sector is advantageous
• Multilingual proficiency is desirable
