Description:

Our client, a well-established Apparel & Fashion company based in Dubai is looking for a SALES ASSOCIATE for their BOUTIQUE in Dubai Mall. The Sales Associate will be responsible for outfitting and accessorizing customers and suggestive selling as per the occasion and event. Will be more involved in off-the-rack selling.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and provide guidance to customers for sales.

· Coordinate and help customers in the classification of outfits as per the event/occasion.

· Assisting them during trials.

· Involvement in visual merchandising of the store.

· Achieve individual/ store sales targets.

· Adherence to policies, systems, and procedures.

· Maximizing sales and profitability through excellent customer service.

Skills:

· She Should be well-versed in both Arabic & English language with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· She must have Knowledge of fashion trends, color schemes, fabrics, and designer labels.

· Understanding of different face and body shapes.

· She should have Effective communication skills to work with clients.

· Creativity and innovation. Eye for detail.

· Well organized.

· Ability to work under tight deadlines.

· Ability to influence the decisions of customers.

Others:

· Experience: Preferably from Indian/ Western Women Designer wear background

· Education: Any Graduate preferably in Fashion Management

· Experience: 1- 4 years

The salary range would be AED 3000 – AED 5000 + Incentives. UAE residence visa, and medical insurance shall be provided. The salary for the right candidate is not a constraint.
