One of the leading IT Solutions Provider – Cloud Box Technologies, is looking for a superstar Sales Associate to join our sales team based in Dubai, UAE.
Profile: Senior Sales Associate
Experience: Minimum 15 years in IT
The ideal candidates must be:
- Passionate about technology
- Has a proven track record of sales in IT industry including product and/or services
- Has excellent communication and persuasive skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and target potential clients through market research, cold calling, networking, and other lead generation methods.
- New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.
- Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
- Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
- Developing solutions and organizing, planning, creating & delivering compelling proof of concept demonstrations.
- Ensuring solutions stated in the Statement of Work are best practice and in line with client requirements.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients, negotiating terms and closing sales deals.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote our brand and expand our market presence.
What You Must Have?
- You possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
- You have at least 15 years’ experience, ideally within a B2B Sales / Account Executive or Pre-sales role.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You have strong communication and interpersonal skills and a proven track record in building relationships with senior level stakeholders.
- You have knowledge of complete sales process including prospecting, business development, IT sales, lead generation, deal closure, IT infrastructure, negotiation, and closure
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
- You stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- You meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.
- You have the ability to build multi-level relationships with senior customer contacts, key decision makers and stakeholders.
