Role Description

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide expert knowledge of our products and services to help customers make informed decisions.
• Achieve sales goals and targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
• Maintain store appearance, including organizing merchandise and ensuring shelves are stocked.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Work collaboratively with the team to drive store performance and deliver excellent service.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Basic computer skills and experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems are a plus.
