OC Home Furniture looking for a result-driven team leader to be responsible for monitoring and supervising a team of Sales Associates to achieve the organization’s objectives and increase sales.

Requirements:

• 4 – 5 years’ team leader experience in the retail industry (Preferably from Furniture & home décor background).
• Team Building, good interpersonal skills, people management, decision making, multitasking, optimistic.
• Skills in using selling and up selling techniques.
• Excellent management and leadership skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational ability
• Salary & Benefits: AED 5,000 to 5,500 + Incentives (per month)
• Work location: Dubai, United Arab emirates
