Description:
We are seeking a proactive, driven Sales & Business Development Manager to join our creative advertising agency. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a passion for advertising, strong communication skills, and a desire to contribute to the growth of a dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
· Be the client facing representative for our agency, establishing strong relationships and representing our creative solutions with professionalism.
· Proactively generate leads and build new client relationships across the UAE and Middle East.
· Identify target brands and agencies, create sales presentations, and drive new revenue through effective pitches.
· Manage and nurture both new and existing client relationships, ensuring consistent communication and project updates.
· Meet with clients to discuss project progress, address needs, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
· Maintain a client database and stay informed about market trends, client needs, and competitive dynamics to identify new business opportunities.
· Prepare project proposals, quotations, invoices, and agreements, ensuring clear and accurate documentation throughout end-to-end projects.
Requirements:
· Minimum 1-3 years in a similar role within advertising, sales, or business development. Customer service or brand marketing experience is a plus.
· Self-starter with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and an eagerness to succeed. Ability to generate and manage your own leads.
· Strong presentation skills, phone etiquette, and excellent client-facing communication.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
· Background or keen interest in advertising, sales, and marketing, with a solid understanding of market dynamics.
