Hiring Sales / Business Development Executive

Job Description:

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, field visits, cold calling, and social media.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Strong ability to take initiative and confidently direct customer interactions.
  • Marketing activities to achieve the target.
  • Handling client queries over the phone, by email, and during meetings.
  • Follow up with the clients through WhatsApp, Emails, and Calls as needed.
  • Address any questions or issues customers may have.
  • Able to build strong working relationships with existing as well as new clients.
  • Maintain and manage client data and privacy as per company policy and procedures.
  • Ability to multi-task, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business.
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Previous sales or related experience preferred.

Requirements and skills:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role (especially in car park management, valet management, and hospitality).
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic (preferred).
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
  • Fast learner and passion for sales.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
  • Must have a UAE Driving License and own a car.
