Sales Business Development Manager

 

Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for acquiring new accounts and growing the sales revenue
  • Perform RFQ groundwork including preparing proposals for Tenders and negotiate to close the deal
  • Identify potential customers and working closely with key stakeholders from the Technology lines of business
  • Build our knowledge of key markets and developing passive candidates and future talent
  • Actively develop sales pipelines to meet the corporate sales target

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Higher in Business Management, Human Resources, Information Technology or equivalent with minimum 5 years’ experience in IT sales environment
  • Technical expertise with ability to prospect and manage the entire sales cycle
  • Strong understanding of local Employment laws and regulations
  • Review and improve recruitment sourcing methods with the client to ensure selection techniques and recruitment programs are effective
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal English, and good networking skills on social media, LinkedIn etc.
