We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Emirati Business Development Manager to join our dynamic HR consulting team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong background in sales and business development, especially within the HR industry. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients in need of HR consulting services. Develop and implement strategies to generate new business leads.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Understand their business needs and offer tailored HR solutions.
- Sales Strategy: Create and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve targets and expand our client base.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals that clearly outline the benefits of our HR consulting services.
- Market Research: Conduct research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitors, and opportunities within the HR consulting market.
- Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to promote our services and build professional connections.
- Collaboration: Work closely with HR consultants, marketing teams, and other internal departments to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
- Reporting: Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback, providing regular updates to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within HR consulting or professional services.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing a client base.
- Strong understanding of HR services and solutions, including recruitment, training, employee engagement, and performance management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
