• Provide clear and concise information about our visa services, addressing queries, and ensuring a smooth client experience.
• Collaborate with the visa consultancy team to ensure accurate and timely visa processing.
• Actively reach out to potential clients and follow up on leads to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain a customer-centric approach by building strong relationships and understanding individual needs.
• Keep abreast of visa regulations, travel trends, and industry updates to offer informed advice.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Prior experience in sales or customer service roles, with a focus on achieving targets.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to empathize with clients’ travel aspirations and provide solutions.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client interactions.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
