Hiring Sales Coordinator – ABU DHABI

Qualification:
- Female, any nationality
- Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree
- At least 2 years’ experience in the same capacity in a manufacturing or building materials industry.
- Good communication and correspondence skills
- Computer literate with experience in SAP system is preferred.
- Ability to work well with a team and under pressure.
- Quick-learner, proactive, detailed-oriented, and result-driven
Major Responsibilities:
- Responsible in processing cash order, purchase order and order entry in SAP system
- Handles inquiries, submittals, quotation, and email correspondence.
- Manage and coordinate all the office work in Sales department
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Provide internal support to all sales personnel, gaining full working knowledge of internal processes.
- Provides briefings on sales activities, problems, and other related issues
- Maintains all company files and other important sales related documents.
