Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate sales activities and processes, including order processing and inventory management.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Liaise with internal departments to facilitate communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
