Responsibilities:
- Negotiate sales contracts and terms with buyers and developers.
- Conduct property presentations and tours to showcase projects and amenities.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with developers to secure exclusive property listings.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions and timely completion of projects.
- Stay informed about market trends, new developments, and emerging opportunities in the off-plan, secondary, and commercial sector
- Educate clients about the benefits of purchasing off-plan secondary, and commercial properties and guide them through the buying process.
Qualifications:
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of off-plan, secondary, and commercial property sales processes and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- From 6 months and above track record of success in real estate experience, preferably (NOT MANDATORY)
