Sales Coordinator

Description:

We are looking for an energetic and dynamic Sales Coordinator to join our team, someone who will be a bridge between our clients and our production teams, ensuring a smooth process from inquiry to delivery.

Job Title: Sales Coordinator - Joinery and Fabrication
Location: Based in Dubai with occasional travel to KSA.

Role:
An enthusiastic and well-organized individual to manage sales inquiries and coordinate projects from start to finish. You will be the key point of contact for clients, working closely with them to understand their needs, create designs, obtain approvals, quote prices and ensure that jobs are efficiently fed into production. Your ability to communicate effectively with both clients and our factory team will be crucial in delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
-Manage and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
-Convert the enquiries into designs that align with brand guidelines and client specifications.
-Obtain approvals on design concepts from clients and stakeholders.
-Coordinate with the production team to feed jobs with proper details and clarity into the manufacturing process.
-Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and the factory team to ensure all parties are informed and aligned.
-Track project progress and provide updates to clients and internal teams.
-Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during the project lifecycle.
-Maintain accurate records of all communications, quotes and project details.
-Responsibly hand over and ensure that end delivery is up to mark.

Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role within a joinery or fabrication setup.
-Strong understanding of sales processes, design principles and production workflows.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Proficiency in modern business software Microsoft Office Suite, Project Management tools.
-Exceptional professionalism demonstrated through organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
-A proactive and problem-solving attitude.
-A degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing, Project Management is preferred.
-Valid driver’s license.
