EBDAA ALAFAQ INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY L.L.C , looking a sales coordinator to provide the necessary support to the team he have Experience in marketing "ERP SYSTEM"
The operational responsibilities of this position are:
1- Generating leads by contacting potential or existing customers to introduce the company and our products
2- Answering queries about the company and its products
3- Qualifying customers and identification of key contacts by engaging with them on the phone
4- Understanding customer requirements and presenting the appropriate products as solutions
5- Issuing proposals and closing deals on the phone where possible
6- Coordinating sales meetings with the field sales team as required
7- Maintaining detailed records of customer information and all customer interactions
8- Meeting sales and marketing campaign targets

- High graduation Preferred (information technology).
- Proficiency in English .
