Description:
Hiring Sales Coordinator to coordinate with the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information. Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related things. Responding to complaints from customers and giving after-sales support when requested.
Key Accountabilities of the Role:
- Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all Sales Representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support material.
- Coordination with clients for the collection of required documentation.
- Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
- Respond to complaints from customers and provide after-sales support when requested by the Sales Team Member.
- Coordination with the credit department for approvals of reservations and working closely for renewal of expiry of contracts.
- Maintaining of sales pipeline with new clients and sales opportunities.
- Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports (PTC).
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.
- Maintained relationships with vendors with excellent customer sales skills.
Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a related field.
- Must possess excellent communication, coaching, time management and leadership skills.
- Availability to work under pressure.
- Excellent Microsoft skills.
- Fluent in English Language.
- Executive level sales experience
