Description:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree holder
- At least 3 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role
- ERP Platform related experience will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Proficient in MS office applications
Responsibilities:
- Make an offer in response to RFQ/ Tender preparation
- Follow up with the sales team for their offer
- Logistics procedures – shipping arrangement
- Coordinate with ASSD for equipment delivery: arrange OD and Invoice
- Demo preparation
- Supplier coordination
- Monitor/ Order Stock Items
- Monthly sales report; generating required information from CRM and SAP
- Keep a detailed list of offers sent and maintain record keeping
- Petty Cash handling
- Invoice generation
- Contract Invoicing
- Preparation of Monthly report
- Full admin support as required by the sales team and managers
