Description:
As a Sales Coordinator for our General Trading Building Materials Company in the UAE, your primary responsibility will be to bring in purchasers and their inquiries from across the UAE. You will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth flow of sales operations. Your strong communication and organizational skills will be essential in coordinating with potential clients, maintaining relationships, and facilitating sales processes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to attract potential purchasers and generate inquiries for building materials across the UAE.
- Actively reach out to prospective customers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and networking events.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing product information.
- Coordinate with the sales team to schedule appointments, meetings, and product demonstrations with potential clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to create promotional materials, presentations, and sales documents.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales activities using CRM software.
- Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and identify potential upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position our products and services.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, preparing sales contracts, and coordinating shipments.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar sales support role, preferably in the building materials industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Arabic language skills are highly desirable.
- Knowledge of the UAE market for building materials and familiarity with local purchasers and suppliers is a strong advantage.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
