Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting customers (existing or new) via hot, warm, or cold calls to service existing or new requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Coordinate with the technical teams to ensure delivery of products/services/spare parts supplied to customers in a timely manner.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring inquiries are answered in a professional and timely manner.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and exceptional customer service.
- Generate new business opportunities through referrals and cross-sell products and services to existing customers.
