Sales Design Consultant

As a Sales Design Consultant at Damas Kitchens, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to connect with new clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored design solutions. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and upholding our commitment to putting customers first. This role offers flexibility with a hybrid work schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and reach out to potential clients to generate leads.

- Conduct client consultations to understand their design preferences and requirements.

- Collaborate with our design team to create bespoke kitchen and wardrobe designs that align with client expectations.

- Present design proposals prepared by in-house design team to clients and provide expert guidance.

- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer client inquiries.

- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals.

- Ensure timely follow-up and communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.

- Actively listen to client feedback and address any concerns or issues promptly.

- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Previous experience in sales, preferably in interior design or furnishings.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent customer service orientation.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

- Flexibility to adapt to a hybrid work schedule.

- Passion for interior design and a keen eye for aesthetics.

- Must have valid UAE driver's license and own car for client visits.
