Description:

This is a remote role for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for the middle-east region based in Dubai, who will be responsible for inside sales, demand generation, lead generation (appointment setting) and communication for our clients. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, owning a monthly target, managing a pipeline, and achieving set goals.

  • Design and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth for our clients
  • Collaborate and work closely with internal team and our clients to identify their ICP, buyer persona, validate value propositions and create outreach campaigns that effectively reach and engage potential customers
  • Craft personalised message to engage potential customers via cold calls, emails, and social media platforms
  • Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for our clients
  • Manage, maintain, and analyze data for campaign insights
  • Continuously seek ways to achieve quotas and exceed expectations

 

What makes you an ideal candidate?

 

  • 5 years experience in a sales role
  • Proven success in executing multi-channel outbound campaigns
  • Proficient in outbound/outreach tools
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal, for effective engagement with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail for CRM and report accuracy
  • Ability to adapt messaging for target audiences and different stakeholders
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive problem-solver in a fast-paced environment
