Description:
We are seeking a passionate and driven Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for connecting with prospective students, understanding their educational needs, and guiding them towards the Mashdemy programs that best fit their goals. You will be a key player in expanding our reach and impact, helping us empower more students to succeed.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through a combination of inbound and outbound efforts (this may include cold calling).
- Engage with prospective students (or their parents), identify their academic challenges and learning goals, and provide personalized guidance on suitable Mashdemy programs.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of Mashdemy's courses and tutoring programs.
- Schedule and conduct online demos, showcasing the features and benefits of our platform.
- Gather feedback from prospective students after demos and address any questions or concerns.
- Convert qualified leads into enrolled students.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and track progress in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales, business development, or educational advising role, preferably in the EdTech industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospective students and their families.
- A passion for education and a genuine desire to help students succeed.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and online communication tools.
