Sales Development Representative

 

Description:

We are currently seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) Intern to join our team. As an SDR Intern, you will play a vital role in identifying and qualifying potential clients while gaining valuable hands-on experience in sales.

 

  • Assist in researching and identifying potential clients who could benefit from Swyt's DaaS and SaaS solutions
  • Support outbound prospecting efforts through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and social media to introduce Swyt's offerings
  • Work closely with the sales team to qualify leads and schedule meetings or product demonstrations
  • Learn to effectively communicate Swyt's value proposition and tailor messages to address the specific needs and pain points of potential clients
  • Collaborate with the sales team to maintain accurate records of interactions and update the CRM system
  • Assist in analyzing sales data and trends to optimize outreach strategies and improve lead conversion rates
  • Provide regular reports on outreach activities, pipeline progress, and key performance metrics

 

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong desire to learn and develop sales skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Enthusiasm for technology and a willingness to learn about Swyt's solutions
