Key Responsibility Areas:

  • Responsible and accountable for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships
  • Responsible and accountable for setting individual targets for the sales team and helping them achieve it
  • Responsible and accountable for monitoring the sales achieved versus target, to proactively initiate corrective actions to ensure the set targets are achieved.
  • Responsible and accountable for planning and implementing sales promotion campaigns, customer service packages, seasonal promotional campaigns matching with market needs and trends
  • Responsible for conducting surveys to spot out the price of competing properties on the housing market and keep an eye on the property market to identify individuals with interest in property to talk them into securing a brokering contract.
  • Responsible and accountable for evaluating and appraising the effectiveness of sales strategies, costs, manpower to generate budgeted level of business and profitability
  • Responsible and accountable for ensuring that targets are fixed rationally and there is balanced distribution of manpower
  • Responsible and accountable for planning detailed revenue and expenditure budget and monitoring them periodically to achieve the targeted results
  • Responsible for reviewing market conditions and identifying trends that could impact prices or interest in a particular neighborhood or area
  • Establish a proper payment collection process to ensure timely recovery of dues.
  • Responsible and accountable for coaching and mentoring the sales team and ensuring succession planning is in place
  • Uphold the Vision, Mission and values of the organization

Competencies Required:

  • Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, and coordination of people and resources.
  • Knowledge of real estate sales process, local, state, and federal property regulations
  • Excellent communication skills and active listening skills

Educational Qualification:

  • Master’s degree in Sales & Marketing

Experience:

  • 10- 15 years of relevant experience with the last 5 years in similar role.
