Signature Homes Reality Real Estate is looking for a Sales Director (Off-Plan, Secondary and Leasing) to join our growing team in Dubai.

We are looking for an experienced Sales director who can join our multinational team immediately and take it to the next level.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies
• Prepare operational and financial sales department reports
• Oversee the management, learning, and career development of the sales team
• Recruit, hire and train off-plan teams and help them close deals
• Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed
• Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them
• Develop individual quotas and assign territories for team members
• Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts
• Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members
• Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment
• Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed
