This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Director at Amazon Real Estate UAE in Dubai. The Sales Director will be responsible for leading sales operations, managing customer service, overseeing team management, and driving business development strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve organizational goals and increase market share.
- Team Development: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Revenue Growth: Drive revenue targets by identifying new business opportunities, optimizing sales processes, and expanding client relationships.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of the sales team and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and other departments to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Reporting: Present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for business growth.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of proven sales leadership experience, preferably in the real estate or related industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
