We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to spearhead our sales operations in the aromatic oil industry. The ideal candidate will drive growth, build strong customer relationships, and lead a high-performing sales team. This is a strategic leadership role that requires deep industry knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to deliver results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
- Identify growth opportunities in domestic and international markets.
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Set clear goals and KPIs, and provide regular performance feedback.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction to drive repeat business.
- Market Analysis and Business Development:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Develop innovative solutions to meet customer demands and expand market share.
- Collaboration Across Teams:
- Work closely with production, marketing, and R&D teams to align product offerings with market demands.
- Support marketing initiatives such as trade shows, campaigns, and product launches.
- Prepare and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and profitability reports.
- Monitor pricing strategies to maximize profitability while remaining competitive.
- Compliance and Sustainability:
- Ensure sales operations adhere to industry regulations and promote sustainable practices.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Chemistry, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience:
- Minimum 7–10 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the aromatic oil, fragrance, or related industries.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the aromatic oil market, including key players, distribution channels, and emerging trends.
