Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to spearhead our sales operations in the aromatic oil industry. The ideal candidate will drive growth, build strong customer relationships, and lead a high-performing sales team. This is a strategic leadership role that requires deep industry knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
  • Identify growth opportunities in domestic and international markets.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Set clear goals and KPIs, and provide regular performance feedback.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and nurture relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction to drive repeat business.
  • Market Analysis and Business Development:
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Develop innovative solutions to meet customer demands and expand market share.
  • Collaboration Across Teams:
  • Work closely with production, marketing, and R&D teams to align product offerings with market demands.
  • Support marketing initiatives such as trade shows, campaigns, and product launches.
  • Financial Management:
  • Prepare and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and profitability reports.
  • Monitor pricing strategies to maximize profitability while remaining competitive.
  • Compliance and Sustainability:
  • Ensure sales operations adhere to industry regulations and promote sustainable practices.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Chemistry, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 7–10 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the aromatic oil, fragrance, or related industries.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Skills:
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the aromatic oil market, including key players, distribution channels, and emerging trends.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
