Sales Engineer

Description:

Sales Engineer will be responsible to manage and promote the sales of Industrial Lubricants

Job Responsibilities:

• Technically understand Customer’s requirement and provide solution, adding value in terms of better maintenance, higher productivity and process efficiency

• Present and demonstrate specialty product range and help Customer appreciate the true value of products resulting in business generation

• Maintain excellent working relationship with customer and scout for new areas of value add through Application Engineering

• Develop new clients and customers and establish new accounts, products and services within the assigned territory

• Generate sales enquiries/orders from customer and arrange for execution of the order

• Demonstrate products, services and solution to potential clients and customers

• Review customer drawings and specifications and prepare detailed technical proposals

• Negotiate and close sales deals in line with company policy

• Achieve regular sales targets

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in (Mechanical/ Chemical) Engineering.

Job Location: UAE

Skills and Qualifications:

• At least three to five (3-5) years’ sales experience or Application Engineer in UAE or GCC countries for industrial products like Industrial lubricants, oil, Grease, Industrial MRO, Open gear lubricants, Food grease lubricant, Specialty lubricants ONLY. NOT FOR AUTOMOBILES PRODUCTS

• Strong track record with delivering growth in both sales and profitability.

• Strong connection with client, consultants, contractors, and system integrators.

• Technical aptitude and strong interpersonal communication skills to interact with all levels of engineering and consultant personnel.

• Strong problem-solving ability, good negotiation and closing skills to drive sales.

• Strong market analysis capabilities. Able to understand market drivers, uncover customer needs, and estimate financial opportunity.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and similar application

• Hands on experience on Sales Force & D365 will be an advantage

• Having UAE driving license is must.
