Hiring Sales Engineer

We seek an experienced and ambitious Sales Engineer with a strong track record and a genuine passion for selling technology solutions to senior executives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales by targeting new prospects and cultivating existing customer relationships to achieve high renewal rates and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Support sales executives with solution selling into the prospect account base.
- Collaborate with sales executives to strategize, prepare, and execute on key deals within complex sales cycles.
- Develop and present the financial business case for each sales opportunity.
- Effectively align customer pain/requirements with proposed solutions.
- Create and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations that articulate the unique value proposition.
- Manage all technical aspects of RFP/RFI responses.
- Effectively communicate client needs to the R&D teams for future product enhancements.
- Gather and document competitive intelligence.
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Engineer.
- Demonstrated success in selling complex enterprise solutions.
- Ability to build strong, enduring relationships with senior executives.
- Skill in creatively explaining and presenting complex concepts in an accessible manner.
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding presentation and creativity skills.
- Willingness to travel.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent, preferably with a numeracy base.
