Location: Dubai, U.A.E

We seek an experienced and ambitious Sales Engineer with a strong track record and a genuine passion for selling technology solutions to senior executives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales by targeting new prospects and cultivating existing customer relationships to achieve high renewal rates and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Support sales executives with solution selling into the prospect account base.
  • Collaborate with sales executives to strategize, prepare, and execute on key deals within complex sales cycles.
  • Develop and present the financial business case for each sales opportunity.
  • Effectively align customer pain/requirements with proposed solutions.
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations that articulate the unique value proposition.
  • Manage all technical aspects of RFP/RFI responses.
  • Effectively communicate client needs to the R&D teams for future product enhancements.
  • Gather and document competitive intelligence.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Engineer.
  • Demonstrated success in selling complex enterprise solutions.
  • Ability to build strong, enduring relationships with senior executives.
  • Skill in creatively explaining and presenting complex concepts in an accessible manner.
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding presentation and creativity skills.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent, preferably with a numeracy base.
