Sales Engineer (outside sales)
Education qualification – Instrumentation/Mechanical/Degree/Diploma
Experience: 2-7 years in Sales & Marketing.
Location: Dubai – Abudhabi- Oman
Role:
- Study the products technically and commercially for our complete range.
- Plan visits to End Users / EPC’s / OEM’s in your region.
- Generate Enquiries for field Instrumentation products & valve.
- Prepare Techno-Commercial Offer with help of internal Product Team in UAE/India.
- Involving the Sales / Country Manager for final discussions / negotiations if any.
- Co-ordinate with the other departments to execute the order in a proper timely manner.
- Register our Agency Brands in all Major Oil and Gas Companies in your region.
- Get Approvals for our manufacturing brands.
- Sales Target will be given for each Sales Engineer based on his territory / No. of Customers and we would expect you to do 100% or more.
- Incentives shall be provided on achieving the Targets. We have incentives schemes even if you achieve 80% / 90% / 100% and more.
- The person should having experience in Field instruments, Selling Experience mainly PRESSURE, TEMPERATURE, LEVEL, FLOW Instruments. Please kindly refer our website.
- Person should NOT have experience of selling PLC, SCADA And control room instrumentation.
- Our Competitors like general instruments WIKA, Baumer, E+H, Rosemount, Cements, Honeywell etc.
- We need person should be working on above dealer networks.
Roles and Responsibilities: – SALES
- Develop effective working relationships with customers through regular contacts, identify and obtain further sales & business development opportunities.
- Adhere to all quality standards and processes, for the acquisition of customers, opportunities and submission of contract documents.
- Provide regular feedback to senior management about marketplace and competitor activity.
- Develop strong customer relationships in order to generate high volume of prospective clients.
- Manage customer calls and appointments effectively for new opportunities.
- Identify requirements for new products & services to anticipate and potentially lead the market.
- Develop business proposals for new and existing customers.
- Respond to the client queries regarding the products in a timely fashion.
Reporting:
- There will be a reporting system –sales engineers have to report daily to office through the punching system and outside sales engineers has to report weekly to office .Format will be given.
Driving License:
- A UAE / GCC Driving License will be an additional advantage
