We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer with a strong background in mechanical engineering and extensive experience in the HVAC and ventilation components industry. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving sales, building, and maintaining client relationships, and providing technical expertise to support our business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the HVAC and ventilation components market.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and clients within the assigned territory.
- Provide technical support and consultation to clients, ensuring they understand the benefits and applications of our products.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the engineering and product development teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on HVAC and ventilation components.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and ventilation components.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
