Description:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer with a strong background in extra low voltage systems, particularly CCTV and security systems, to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales efforts, providing technical expertise, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Responsibilities:
- Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions using extra low voltage systems, including CCTV, access control, and integrated security systems.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategies to meet sales targets and expand market share.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions with clients to showcase the benefits and features of our solutions.
- Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotations, and bids in response to customer RFQs (Requests for Quotation).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within customer organizations.
- Provide post-sales technical support and assistance to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5-6 years of experience in sales engineering or technical sales roles within the extra low voltage systems industry, specifically CCTV and security systems.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong technical aptitude and understanding of extra low voltage systems, including CCTV, access control, and related security technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
